1. "When will my item ship?"

*All items ship M-F. We do not ship on Saturday & Sundays. Please allow 24-48 hours AFTER your purchase for us to ship your order. We are NOT responsible for lost packages. 

2. "Do you restock items?"

*We try our best to restock popular items, however we only purchase a handful of each style so we can prevent over-exposure to one style. We'd love to contact you if we restock an item you would like, so make sure you click the "NOTIFY ME" button & enter your info to get notified as soon as an item is restocked.

3. "Do you ship international?"

*Yes! Starting January 2017 we will be shipping worldwide! Choose your desired shipping at checkout.

4. "Do you accept returns?"

*Yes, merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received. All returns postmarked within 7 days will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. All returns postmarked within 8-14 days will be issued an ONLINE CREDIT (E-gift card).

5. "Will you pay for my return?"

*All items that are returned for store credit only, will be issued a pre-paid label. If you would like a full refund, please send return via your carrier of choice.

6. "Do you accept exchanges?"

*Sure.  If you would like to exchange an item due to sizing (within 15 days), please purchase the correct size online as soon as possible. You MUST purchase the item in order for us to hold it for you. We do not guarantee merchandise will be in stock.
