We hope you love your items, but if it's not the right fit or it's just not your style, no worries! We've got a hassle-free return policy!

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received. All returns postmarked within 7 days will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. All returns postmarked within 8-14 days will be issued an ONLINE CREDIT (E-gift card).

 

HOW TO RETURN

1. Returns for Store Credit ONLY -- Please email us at ONLINE@RIORITZ.COM to request your pre-paid shipping label, on us.

2. Returns for Full Refund ONLY-- Please return your item(s) by your carrier of choice.  We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. Complete the return form that is included in your order & put it inside the package with the item/s you are returning.

3. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing.

4. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return or credit.

5.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns postmarked after 14 days WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

    Return Policy
      • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
      • Sale items OR discounted items purchased at 40% off or more, including items purchased with discount code, are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20% restock fee.
      • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
      • We do not accept returns on jewelry, handbags & any accessories.
      • Original shipping fees are not-refundable.
      • Damages to items must be reported PRIOR to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
       
      If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when your return is received.

      We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 14 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not meet our return policy.
       
      Store Credit

      • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.rioritz.com
      • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
      • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
      • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
      • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
      • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
      • Store credit never expires.
      • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
      • To view your Store Credit Balance you can login to your Rio Ritz Account.
